Andora home London are happy to refund within 14 days for any unsuitable item, provided they are in resealable condition. We request you contact us at info@andorahomelondon.co.uk to assist you with the refund and returns process.

Upon requesting a return, we will issue you a recorded return label. Goods returned must be:

  • In original undamaged packaging
  • Unworn
  • Complete with all tags and packaging

Goods retuned in unsatisfactory conditions will result in a deduction in your final refund amount.

Your balance will be refunded within 10 working days after we have received the returns. If you have not received your refund after 14 days please contact our customer service team at info@andorahomelondon.co.uk, you will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Depending on bank it may take additional time to recieve the balance.
